11月14日，WCG官网公布了WCG2013世界总决赛英雄联盟项目的比赛规则。

WCG committee has announced the WCG 2013 Grand Final‘League of Legends’ rule for better tournament operations as below.

Please read below for the rules and changes and we hope to see your best performance in WCG 2013 Grand Final event.

’League of Legends’

-  Game Version: League of Legends – V3.1.0.3 [*English version client]

（is also the same as V3.13 in NA）

*  Heimerdinger and Sivir are prohibited, but using Jinx is allowed

in WCG 2013 Grand Final.

*  If you like to see the current patch notes please check the link below

-  General Game Setting

* Mode : Tournament Draft

* Champion Selection: Draft mode will be used. All champions will be unlocked which

will allow players to select any champion that is not banned during the draft mode

except for Heimerdinger and Sivir. （Jinx is allowed）

* Map: 5v5 Summoner’s Rift （Summer）

The tournament rules and regulations for this year’s Grand Final has been posted on each game’s official page. You can find the link below the game’s trailer. Please review them to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations of the Grand Final tournament.

* If any rule is updated before the Grand Final, a decision will be made and notified through our official website at www.wcg.com.
